These Icecream balls were super fun to make and eat! To make them you need-
• Ice cream of your choice
• Chocolate hard shell (you can make your own by melting half coconut oil and half chocolate of choice)
•Toppings of choice
• Fruit baller
First make sure your Icecream is really hard. If it is too soft in the tub you can lay a flat layer down on a Pyrex baking pan and freeze until firm. Next using your fruit baller, ball up the Icecream into neat balls and place immediately into the freezer to harden again.
Now prepare your toppings. I used crushed cereal, chipped freeze dried strawberries and rainbow sprinkles but you can use whatever you'd prefer! Some other good ideas may be chopped nuts, coconut flakes or even more shaved chocolate! The possibilities are endless!

Lastly pour your chocolate hares hell over your Icecream balls, immediately and quickly spring on your topping and place back in the freezer until uour ready to serve! If your making a lot of these little treats is reccomend doing them in 5-10 ball increments so they don't melt as you coat the others! Enjoy!
