Make these three super easy, affordable, and drlishous dips perfect for parties or when you just want a snack!
1st dip- Hummus Quinoa dip
What you need-
Hummus
Quinoa *portions to taste and quantity
Chives
This probably being the easiest dip requires you to mix a container of hummus with half a cup of cooked quinoa.I also chopped up some chives and mixed it in as well. Optional- add cubed cucumber or lemon zest. Serve with your favorite chip!
2nd dip- Spicy Greek Quionoa dip
Why you need-
Greek yogurt ( alternatives include sour cream and cream cheese )
Salsa
Quinoa
For this one all you have to do is mix one cup of Greek yogurt with half a cup of Quinoa along its your taste to salsa. If you want it to be spicy add a lot of the hot salsa becaus the yogurt tones it down. Optional add hot sauce or Sirachia. Sere with your favorite chip. Enjoy!
3rd dip- Creamy spinach and quinoa
What you need-
Spinach
Olive oil
Quinoa
First start by Souteè 2 cups of spinach on a hot pan with a teaspoon of olive oil. You can mix it with the Quinoa now or you can purée it with nothing or sour cream. Add quinoa and enjoy!
