A simple tip to help lose weight is to not surround yourself with junk food and potentially fattening food. Before you go grocery shopping have a hearty nutritious meal so your not tempted to buy cheap and fatty foods because your starvation is taking over. Another Quick Tip is, when you go to the grocery store park in a spot far away from the store ( If weather permits) to get a better workout walking in and out! This may sound odd but every little bit helps!
A slightly obvious but important way to help lose weight is to eat in small portions. Everything in moderation is okay. As long as you are not eating all junk food all day in "moderation" this tip can be very helpful!
Lose weight by eating your food slower and chewing more! Also drink a sip of water after each bite. This helps your metabolism work more efficiently and digest your food quicker! Don't swallow big bites of food for it will take longer to digest. Take smaller bites! Also remember to breathe in between your bites because the oxygen helps your metabloism work better!
We all have those days when our eyebrows look atrocious but we don't have time to wax. While now here is a solution.
1. Brush your eyebrows with either an eyebrow brush or un used toe brush and get them to desired look. 2. Spray hairspray onto your index finger. 3. Wipe across your eyebrows so the shape stays 4. Your done! * Remember to wash the hairspray out of your brows at the end of the day just as you would with your actual hair! TV Workout Challenge Are your days so hectic that when you get home you just want to watch TV but you didn't work out yet today? DO you ever want to workout but your favorite show is on? While next time you watch TV try this TV workout!
Rules- During every commercial of your show or movie do the following.... ( For an average of 5 commercial breaks ) *If there are more redo the cycle 1st commercial break- Warm up your body with three individual commercials or around one minute worth of running in place. Then two individual commercials worth of jumping jacks Take a break during show* 2nd commercial break- A 30sec plank to work your core/ab muscles (if you do a second round do 1 minute) Break till next commercial* 3rd commercial break- do 15 squats for your butt muscles and legs (if you do a second round do 25 and increase by ten) Break during show* 4th commercial- 35 seconds worth of running in place high knees (in front) Helps core muscles Break till next commercial* 5th commercial- 10 sec hollow body hold ( lay down on your back and lift of your feet and chest into a V-up position and balance on your tailbone) Then lift one leg up bent and bring your opposite elbow to your knee and alternate legs 5x each. Redo process! *Suggestions- while resting hydrate and relax to prepare your for the next work out *** DO NOT over push yourself! Every body as their limits for exercising so don't push yourself! IF you cant complete a workout its okay! Either make it a goal or substitute it. ( Especially important if you have back or neck problems or are pregnant etc!) |
